One Year Limited Warranty information

VA Composites, Inc. warrants to the original consumer only, a one-year limited warranty from the original retail date of purchase against defects in materials or workmanship, provided that the product has not been altered, misused, abused, or damaged through neglect from the consumer. If a defect develops, VA Composites, Inc., will repair or replace the defective product - through the authorized VA Dealer or Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) where purchased, with the same or similar product upon return with original sales receipt. The one-year limited warranty is automatically voided if any pull-out and/or reinstallation of the product has occurred or any other tampering from the product’s original state.  The consumer is solely responsible for shipping charges to return the defective product to the authorized VA Dealer or OEM. 

To make warranty claims, contact the authorized VA Dealer or OEM from which the product was purchased.

Limitations on VA Composites, Inc. Warranties

  • Warranty claims without the original sales receipt will be handled at the sole discretion of VA Composites, Inc.

  • Claims for shafts installed as “custom upgrade,” “stock shaft” or “stock offering” purchased from any OEM products are to be handled with the OEM, not VA Composites, Inc.

  • VA Composites, Inc. will not be liable for any consequential or other damages arising from the use of this product or any delay in the performance of this warranty due to causes beyond the company’s control. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

  • The one-year limited warranty does not cover a product’s normal wear and tear over a product’s lifecycle.

  • No cash-outs or reimbursements will be provided, product exchanges only.

  • No person, associate, dealer, distributor - including authorized VA Dealers, or company is authorized to change, modify, or extend the terms of this warranty in any manner in any possible way or form.
