Q: How do I find the flex on my shaft?

A: We do not put L, A, R, S, and X on our shafts. We use ONE, TWO, THREE, FOUR AND FIVE respectively. For example: An R flex would be designated by the word THREE.

Q: My shaft broke and I may have to file a possible warranty on the shaft. Who do I contact?

A: Please contact the authorized VA Dealer where the shaft was purchased. Unfortunately, if the shaft was purchased on an auction site such as eBay or any other 3rd party vendors, the shaft will not be under warranty.
